This Service Agreement explains how we operate www.icreditscore.com, the ways that you are permitted to use the website, tools, features and services available at the website, and any support services available through use of our website. This Service Agreement is a contract between you and icreditscore.
We have a satisfaction guarantee which entitles you to a refund, if you are not satisfied with our product, providing you request a refund prior to your second bill. In some cases, you may have to pay a refundable one-time activation fee to enroll in Membership.
iCreditScore refund policy: All purchases are non-refundable. Once an order is placed, the credit report is immediately purchased from the credit bureaus on your behalf, and that cost is non-recoverable. For this reason, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, except in the case of a verified billing error (e.g., duplicate charge). If you believe a billing mistake has occurred, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction for review.
This is an all-in-one membership which includes Credit Monitoring and Compare Reports all tied together with direct access to support for any questions or needs.
icreditscore is in a co-branded partnership with CRS. As part of your membership, you hereby hereby grant your permission for icreditscore to share your information with CRS. Upon review of your credit, CRS may elect to make specific offers of credit or other products and services to you, unless specifically prohibited by your express instructions or other applicable law.

Our product has a monthly Membership fee and we have various plans to choose from. You will be billed once per month on the anniversary of your Bill Date and your services will be renewed each month unless you cancel your membership.
Monthly Report Monitoring: $29.99 per month
You may cancel your Membership at any time by:
1. Using our online cancellation form
2. Logging into your account and canceling
3. Calling our customer service at 302.595.9975
THIS AGREEMENT HAS AN ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND A CLASS ACTION WAIVER.
YOU MUST READ AND ACCEPT THIS ENTIRE AGREEMENT BEFORE YOU CAN ENROLL AND PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE CREDIT REPAIR SERVICES OR CREDIT REPAIR ADVICE. WE DO NOT CLAIM THAT WE ARE ABLE TO CLEAN UP OR IMPROVE YOUR CREDIT RECORD, CREDIT HISTORY OR CREDIT RATING.

Most customer concerns can be resolved quickly by calling customer service at 302.595.9975. In the unlikely event that customer service is unable to resolve a complaint to your satisfaction, you and iCreditScore agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration or small claims court instead of in courts of general jurisdiction.
This arbitration agreement is intended to be broadly interpreted and includes all disputes arising out of or relating to any aspect of the relationship between us. You understand that you are waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.
